Key Requirements

•5+ years of production experience building backend systems and APIs.
•Fluency with AI-assisted software delivery and strong judgment on where AI helps vs. where rigor matters.
•A practical understanding of AI-native workflows, including structured context, iterative loops, and quality review/testing practices.
•Experience in Go, or deep proficiency in a comparable backend language such as Java.
•Experience designing and operating transactional databases (Postgres, RDS, or Aurora) including schema, migrations, query performance, and reliability.
