Key Requirements

  • •Fluency with AI-assisted software delivery and strong judgment on where AI helps vs. where rigor matters.

  • •Experience in Go, or deep proficiency in a comparable backend language such as Java.
  • •Experience designing and operating transactional databases (Postgres, RDS, or Aurora) including schema, migrations, query performance, and reliability.
