Key Responsibilities

•Lead the planning, design and delivery of complex structural projects across ports and marine infrastructure, ensuring technical excellence, commercial viability, and alignment with client expectations.
•Act as a key client interface, building trusted relationships, providing strategic engineering advice, and supporting business growth through technical leadership and market insight.
•Oversee multidisciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration to deliver integrated, innovative solutions that meet regulatory requirements, sustainability goals and agreed upon operational criteria.
•Provide strategic technical direction for mentorship and development of engineering talent, promoting a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and professional growth within the team.
•Ensure rigorous compliance with local and international maritime codes and standards, while proactively managing risk and safety considerations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or related field.
•Twelve (12) plus years of relevant experience with a focus on ports, maritime, and coastal infrastructure projects.
•Professional Engineering licensure in Civil/Structural Engineering.
