Manager External Relations

Lead the strategy and execution of regional and international external relations, building partnerships with relevant organizations and coordinating participation in key events. Manage planning and information exchange for events, represent the organization when needed, and lead negotiations and communications with regional and international customs authorities. Review international agreements, align implementation with local processes, support decision-making through studies, and oversee governance, risk, and continuous improvement initiatives.
