Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of technical support services for sustainment of three operational receive systems to meet contractual and customer support requirements.
  • •Facilitate software support activities and deliveries, and monitor hardware/software/component obsolescence risks with mitigation strategies.
  • •Prepare and present regular obsolescence assessments across operational sites and manage emergent spares requirements to maintain availability.
  • •Coordinate engineering investigations, root-cause analyses, technical studies, and white papers for system issues and reliability trends.
  • •Maintain the engineering design baseline (configuration management, documentation updates, records, and engineering change implementation) and oversee depot repair activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Eligibility to be cleared for defence security clearance and to obtain clearance for International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) regulations.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, IT, or a related field.
  • •Demonstrated engineering leadership and coordination in complex projects and environments.
  • •Experience in a systems / ILS engineering role with strong understanding of sustainment principles and practices.
  • •Excellent analytical/problem-solving and communication skills, with demonstrated engineering risk management.
