Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee facilities-related operations, including hard and soft services, maintenance, and cleaning across the attraction.
  • •Manage service providers to ensure delivery of facility services and compliance with agreed standards.
  • •Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including MEP, HVAC, BMS, and elevators.
  • •Coordinate with operational teams to support smooth day-to-day facility operations and minimize disruptions.
  • •Manage facility budgets, support energy-saving and sustainability initiatives, and respond to incidents and emergencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in facility management or a similar operational environment.

  • •Experience using facility management software and reporting tools, including CAFM systems.
