•Analyze market trends, conduct business analysis, and facilitate workshops to understand challenges and prioritize digital innovations.
•Execute proof of concepts using the DICE agile framework and Design Thinking methodologies with internal stakeholders and external partners.
•Manage relationships with vendors, partners, and suppliers to support emerging technology initiatives and adapt enterprise-wide digital strategies.

Key Requirements

•Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
•5-8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3+ years in a global, matrixed environment in a technology or innovation-focused role.
•3-5+ years of experience analyzing and implementing technology solutions across Customer-facing, Employee-facing, or Industrial/Factory domains.
•Ability to think strategically, solve complex business problems, and communicate complex technical concepts to executive audiences.
•Strong collaboration, negotiation, and influencing skills to manage matrixed teams and build relationships in a global organization.
