Job Summary

Kick-start an agriculture career by assisting with application of fertilizer and crop protection products under general supervision. Operate sprayers and airflow machines in the field, maintain equipment and yard areas, and deliver chemicals and agricultural inputs to customers and other locations. You’ll support customers professionally, educate them on applied products and techniques, and help with warehouse and heavy equipment tasks to meet order and patron needs.

Key Responsibilities

•Apply fertilizer and crop protection products under general supervision, including use of high-clearance sprayers or floaters.
•Maintain yards and perform general labor, including equipment inspection and maintenance and record keeping.
•Deliver chemicals and agricultural inputs to other locations, including loading/unloading from railcars or trucks using machinery.
•Work professionally with customers, educate them on products and techniques used, and support their ongoing needs.
•Assist sales staff by ensuring orders are correct and perform warehouse work, including driving a loader and operating forklift and other equipment.

Key Requirements

•1+ years of experience in agriculture production, operations, and/or agriculture application.
•Must meet minimum age requirement.
•Must meet DOT and company requirements.
•Must be able to obtain a CDL, Hazmat, and a Commercial Applicator’s License.
•Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
