Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage a queue of commercial contract requests end to end.
  • •Review incoming contract requests submitted via the intake system by Commercial and Operations teams.
  • •Populate contract templates accurately with terms such as parties, pricing, dates, jurisdictions, and other variables.
  • •Use AI-assisted drafting and review tools to prepare documents, ensuring AI output accuracy before delivery.
  • •Track request status and outcomes, maintain records in the contract repository, and escalate out-of-playbook requests to in-house attorneys.

Salary: EUR 19,000 - 24,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience).
  • •1 to 3 years of experience in a legal, contracts, legal operations, or related role (internships and co-ops count).
  • •Experience using templates, playbooks, or standard operating procedures to draft or review documents accurately and consistently.
  • •Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes precisely.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and meet turnaround targets.
