Key Responsibilities

•Drive sales opportunities by leveraging technical accelerators such as presentations, demonstrations, POCs, and pilots
•Participate in technical sales cadence calls and communicate with support and professional services to ensure customer satisfaction
•Assist in deployment and implementation of solutions post-sale, ensuring smooth onboarding and addressing technical challenges
•Deliver customer training sessions and create user documentation to maximize solution adoption and ROI
•Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with product and sales teams to close opportunities

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field
•2-3 years of relevant technical experience in Network Security or End-Point Management or Service Management or Patch Management
•Technical experience with SOTI, OpenText, Citrix, F5, Fortinet, Blackberry, Sophos or similar preferred
•Demonstrated ability to drive opportunities through pre-sales activities including presentations, POCs, and pilots
•Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and renewals
