  • •Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, floor coverage, and task delegation.
  • •Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives; support inventory management through shipping/receiving and stockroom practices.
  • •Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding; provide ongoing training, feedback, and development while ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
