Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement machine learning models that support recursive learning and key decision points across the student lifecycle.
  • •Translate decision points, behavioral/process goals, and success criteria into model specifications.
  • •Structure, connect, and monitor decision model inputs and outputs; develop data pipelines and operational workflows with Data Engineering for production environments.
  • •Apply MLOps best practices to monitor, retrain, and update models for sustained relevance and performance.
  • •Create dashboards, visualizations, and communication tools; document models, assumptions, data dependencies, and feedback loops; ensure models are interpretable and auditable.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in data science, decision intelligence, or analytics, including at least 2 years in applied machine learning and data pipeline development.
  • •Strong background in data science with supervised/unsupervised learning, model selection, and evaluation.
  • •Working knowledge of MLOps practices, including CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, and model drift detection.
  • •Moderate data engineering experience with data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines.
  • •Proficiency in Python or R and experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
