•Extend capabilities of a mission-critical platform used for Emergency Call Handling and enhance existing technologies.
•Lead end-to-end software development (design, implementation, testing, delivery, and maintenance) in a 24/7 support model.
•Drive architecture for distributed systems and REST APIs, defining and maintaining team-level technical direction.
•Implement CI/CD, automated testing, observability/monitoring, and messaging systems for reliable operations.
•Participate as a technical or managerial leader to organize work and planning for the team, with minimal supervision.
