Key Responsibilities

  • •Go onsite with customers to understand critical questions, locate pain points, and identify workflows.
  • •Identify relevant datasets and collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable pipelines.
  • •Work with customers to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
  • •Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and is widely adopted.
  • •Present results and future proposals to audiences from analysts to C-suite executives.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance
  • •Swedish language fluency
  • •Ability to travel 25–75% (travel varies by location and team)
  • •Experience with programming, scripting or statistical packages (e.g. Python, R, Matlab, SQL) is a plus
  • •Willingness to engage with customers to identify problems and build workflows
