Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and translate CEO/ELT priorities into operating plans with accountability for execution.
  • •Drive the cadence of executive meetings, including agenda-setting, materials preparation, and follow-through on action items.
  • •Conduct research and analysis with ELT and functional leaders to develop and present data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.
  • •Lead a portfolio of special projects end-to-end, including planning (scope, timelines, budgets), execution, risk mitigation, and progress updates.
  • •Own and continuously improve business operations processes and revenue operations (forecasting, pipeline analytics, go-to-market process optimization), including business systems strategy and global AI infrastructure roadmap.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in business operations, strategy, consulting, revenue operations, or a related field with experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • •Experience working directly with C-level executives to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional alignment.
