Job Summary

Design and implement advanced control systems for target tracking and stabilization platforms, including PID, adaptive, and model-based control. Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement control systems (PID, adaptive, model-based) for target tracking and stabilization platforms.
•Develop real-time control algorithms for electro-optical systems to ensure precision and smooth operation.
•Build mathematical models and simulations to predict performance and refine control strategies in dynamic environments.
•Collaborate with hardware and software teams to integrate control systems with sensors (IMU, gyroscopes, accelerometers) and actuators.
•Conduct system tuning, validation, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation in lab and field environments; prepare technical papers, reports, and proposals.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred).
•Minimum 5 years of control systems engineering experience, focused on gimbal stabilization.
•Strong control theory and design knowledge (PID, state-space, adaptive control; model-based approaches).
•Experience designing stabilization and tracking control algorithms for gimbals and optical platforms.
•Hands-on implementation of real-time control algorithms in embedded systems, PLCs, or DSPs, plus MATLAB/Simulink proficiency.
