  • •Administer Common Data Environment (CDE): manage permissions and complete model setup in ACC/BIM360 and/or ProjectWise.
  • •Lead multi-discipline coordination workflows, including federated model creation, model conditioning, and clash detection.
  • •Coordinate information management by managing smart object metadata and classification codes with asset information databases.
  • •Provide advanced technical support for 3D modeling and data management, and oversee teams using Autodesk and Bentley tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 and related BIM standards.
  • •8+ years of industry experience in BIM and digital delivery, including prior multidiscipline BIM manager/coordinator experience.
  • •Experience delivering BIM data from Autodesk (Plant 3D, Revit, Civil 3D, Advanced Steel) and/or Bentley (OpenPlant) tools.
  • •Experience administering a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/BIM360) and/or Bentley ProjectWise.
  • •Advanced ability to coordinate and manage clash detection and issues using tools like Autodesk Navisworks and/or Revizto/ACC Model Coordination.
