Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a distinctive client experience by completing complex and standardized transactions accurately while maintaining proper handling of client monies and records.
  • •Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support sales through outbound calling, checking for client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring clients to branch team members or specialists.
