Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and implement boutique business plans with monthly/annual commercial targets and ensure operational execution across the floor.
  • •Monitor sales dashboards, traffic pacing, and boutique KPIs; implement corrective actions to improve floor conversion and performance.
  • •Oversee daily inventory and product distribution under brand guidelines while leading floor governance and real-time client/operational decisions.
  • •Manage and coach supervisors and frontline staff through objectives, performance evaluations, and qualitative 1:1 coaching.
  • •Ensure compliance with brand operational manuals, cash-handling, incident management, workplace safety, asset security, and boutique maintenance; support private appointments and boutique events.

Key Requirements

  • •7–8+ years of progressive retail management experience in fine watchmaking, high jewelry, or luxury flagship environments, with experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Floor Manager.
  • •7–8+ years of premium hospitality leadership experience in 5-star luxury hotels, first-class/FSC airlines, or private membership clubs (concierge/F&B/purser leadership).
  • •Proven ability to orchestrate floor operations, run daily briefings, and make real-time decisions under pressure.
  • •High emotional intelligence and diplomatic tact to handle after-sales escalations and sensitive client scenarios.
  • •Professional proficiency in spoken and written Korean and English.
