Key Responsibilities

  • •Run onboarding sessions in different formats (face to face and virtual) for store managers and store teams, including temp onboarding and sales assistant new joiners.
  • •Facilitate virtual collection trainings and deliver sales training on the floor.
  • •Co-facilitate face to face STM meetings using the regional training strategy.
  • •Deliver classroom and virtual training programs (e.g., Retail Trainee Program, FLOURISH Training Champions) during conferences.
  • •Support store openings and refits and train the trainer for RSMs.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree, ideally in Learning & Development, Training, Coaching, or a related field.
  • •At least 2 years of professional experience in training and learning, preferably in retail, fashion, or FMCG and an international environment.
  • •Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch and French.
  • •Willingness to travel extensively within the Benelux region.
  • •Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications.
