Interact with customers as part of the Guest Service team by answering inbound calls and in-person inquiries, resolving concerns, and handling complaints. Adapt to customer needs, refer unresolved issues to designated departments, and keep accurate records of interactions and actions taken. Support sales of additional services or products, participate in venue sustainability efforts, and help close out the venue with the band at the end of show.
