Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide timely, accurate completion of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies and records.
  • •Deliver a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and uncovering client needs during complex and standardized transactions.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking.
  • •Support the team sales process via outbound calls, checking for client offers, identifying opportunities, and referring or fulfilling client needs.
  • •Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and act as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.

Key Requirements
