Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning and execution of major industry trade shows and conferences across North America.
  • •Manage end-to-end event delivery including budgeting, execution, measurement, and post-event analysis.
  • •Coordinate key event components such as booth/stand builds, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, meeting programs, hospitality, branding, signage, technology, staffing, and logistics.
  • •Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership to ensure events drive engagement, pipeline, customer relationships, and brand awareness.
  • •Track event KPIs and produce post-event reporting and recommendations to optimize future programmes.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience managing large-scale trade shows and industry conferences such as Black Hat, RSA Conference, AWS re, or similar events.
  • •Strong end-to-end event management from strategy and planning through execution and post-event analysis.
  • •Experience managing event budgets, vendors/agencies, contracts, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • •Comfort managing senior executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
