Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow all safety policies, procedures, and OSHA/MSHA regulations, and report issues to leadership or safety personnel.
  • •Support construction and paving crews with hands-on tasks including shoveling, raking, moving materials, and directing trucks using hand signals.
  • •Execute daily tasks as directed by your Foreman and adapt quickly to changing project demands.
  • •Operate small power tools (e.g., jackhammers) as needed and help with digging, spreading, and leveling materials.
  • •Install, relocate, and remove traffic control devices (signs, barricades, cones) and maintain reliable attendance.
