Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of professional software engineering experience and strong hands-on coding skills delivering production systems across complex codebases.
  • •Strong Python, plus backend or fullstack depth in one or more of Node.js, Kotlin, Java, Go, React, TypeScript, or mobile.
  • •Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD workflows, and SQL.
  • •Working knowledge of LLMs and agentic patterns including prompt engineering, tool use, RAG, context management, evaluation/observability, and agent orchestration with MCP or LangChain.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, partnering across technical and business teams and producing actionable documentation.
