Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure proper supplies and PPE are available for daily patient visits.
  • •Use modern technology to access schedules and commute to each patient’s home.
  • •Build warm, welcoming connections with patients and collect relevant information.
  • •Provide diagnostic and low-acuity care, including phlebotomy/specimen collection and additional screenings as required.
  • •Label and manage samples, then coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 28 hourly

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and ability to operate autonomously with a focus on exceptional quality.
  • •Be technologically comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
  • •Maintain valid state-required licensure and/or training proof, plus Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Have reliable transportation (valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance) and be physically able to access patient homes, including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds.
