Serve small business customers by delivering consultative customer service, building and deepening relationships through routine outreach and outside prospecting, and identifying new opportunities. Use digital tools alongside strong in-person connections to provide financial solutions, open and service accounts, and maintain products within the customer segment. Coordinate with internal partners and refer customers to Business Banking and other U.S. Bancorp areas for additional needs.
