Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead engagement with business users to define scope and understand business processes, problem statements, and pain areas.
  • •Identify data-related requirements and how they integrate with the warehouse, including data needed for surrounding systems and reporting.
  • •Document data requirements across the core banking landscape and its impact on downstream applications and process flows using relevant tools.
  • •Support solution analysis/design with Solution Architects and provide feedback to Quality Assurance for testing and support client UAT.
  • •Guide business analysts through solution design, update requirement traceability, and participate in user acceptance testing; produce supporting documents such as user guides and SOPs.

Key Requirements

  • •Hands-on experience implementing a Transact system is a must.
  • •In-depth understanding of data structure and balance types for a Core Banking System and its integration with the Data Warehouse.
  • •Detailed understanding of interfacing techniques within Transact is required.
  • •Good understanding of commercial and SME lending products such as Commercial Loans, Syndication, and Mezz Finance.
  • •Experience documenting business cases and performing business process modeling and requirement elicitation through workshops; Agile methodology experience is mandatory.
