Own national KPM strategy and project pipeline in Bangalore and Hyderabad, working closely with regional teams, presenting technical value, and monitoring market and competitor trends.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and execute the national KPM strategy for key developers across Bangalore and Hyderabad.
•Build relationships with developers, consultants, architects, PMCs, and other stakeholders.
•Identify strategic developer accounts and drive preferred vendor positioning.
•Generate and manage business opportunities across construction solutions including waterproofing and building finishes.
•Influence specifications at design stage and manage the national project pipeline through cross-functional coordination.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred).
•MBA in Marketing or Business Management (added advantage).
•8–10 years of experience in construction chemicals, building materials, real estate, or infrastructure industries.
•Strong exposure handling key developers and large project accounts at regional level.
•Strong network and experience driving specification and project management across India.
