Job Summary

Lead a global multi-disciplinary team to design and substantiate aircraft interior galley modifications and upgrades. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a global team of multi-disciplined engineers to deliver assigned work packages with KPI-driven performance across project phases.
•Own engineering stress responsibility for galley upgrade projects, including in-service modifications and cabin reconfigurations, ensuring compliance with certification requirements and Airworthiness Authority regulations.
•Lead global teams in development and delivery of aircraft interior modification programs, ensuring KPI achievement, schedule adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction.
•Be accountable for structural substantiation and stress analysis of galley upgrades and airline customization projects.
•Develop substantiation reports and certification documentation to support safe, reliable aircraft interior products.

Key Requirements

•STEM degree is highly desirable
•5+ years’ experience in a technical role with Engineering/Stress experience
•FEM expert for static analysis for metallic and composite materials

•Ability to lead global multi-disciplinary teams and resolve cross-functional engineering challenges
