Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate system maintenance, monitoring, and installation activities across diverse WAN/LAN environments and technologies.
  • •Research, recommend, and implement enterprise network capabilities and enhancements aligned with mission and business objectives.
  • •Troubleshoot and resolve issues with network media, components, and connectivity.
  • •Evaluate and monitor network health, performance, and hardware/software effectiveness.
  • •Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for network capabilities, operations, and technologies.
