Micro-electronics Technician

Integrate, test, and troubleshoot microelectronics used in infrared camera systems for the Imaging team. Work in a clean room environment to wire bond image sensors into custom ceramic packages, perform visual and electrical inspections, and install sensor chip assemblies into liquid nitrogen high vacuum test stations. Operate custom test equipment and automated probe test stations to collect image data, collaborating closely with engineers to support development and production hardware.
