•Identify and realize new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and construction companies throughout Kyrgyzstan.
•Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers in the construction sector.
•Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and site visits to present Sika solutions and benefits.
•Develop customized proposals and commercial offers based on client needs and project technical requirements.
•Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related discipline.

•Strong negotiation, deal-closing, and transaction management skills; results-oriented.
•Kyrgyz and Russian are mandatory; English is a plus.
•Understanding of the construction industry, concrete applications, and client needs in the local market.
