Lead end-to-end demand planning for the Benelux market, aligning forecasting processes with organizational goals to improve forecast accuracy, service levels, and supply chain cost performance. Own the monthly S&OP process and roll out the Global IBP program in Benelux. Key Responsibilities

•Coach and mentor a team of four demand planners and build a culture of continuous improvement.
•Lead the monthly S&OP process to align demand forecasts, supply plans, and inventory targets across functions.
•Lead the build and rollout of the Global IBP program in Benelux and drive innovative demand planning strategies.
•Run what-if and scenario planning, and communicate critical plan exceptions with strategic recommendations.
•Oversee digitalization (maintenance of 09 parameters) and conduct root-cause analysis to address supply chain losses and write-offs.

Key Requirements

•Coach and mentor a team of demand planners, fostering continuous improvement and analytical thinking.
•Lead the monthly S&OP process and drive alignment across forecasting, supply plans, and inventory targets.
•Manage advanced demand planning tools (e.g., 09, SAP APO or similar) and deliver strong data analysis for large datasets and data visualization.
•Apply supply chain principles across inventory management, logistics, and distribution to optimize production and reduce excess inventory.
•Demonstrate stakeholder management and influencing skills to align commercial, supply chain, and leadership teams around demand planning priorities.
