Job Summary

Own the end-to-end roadmap for cards, shaping how stablecoins meet real-world spend for Rain’s fintech, neobank, and institutional partners. Partner closely with engineering to translate infrastructure tradeoffs (issuing, authorization, ledger design, network integrations) into partner-facing product decisions. Define and ship the cardholder experience, onboarding/activation/spend controls, and activation & growth levers driven by data, feedback, and rapid iteration.

•Own the end-to-end roadmap for Rain’s cards product, including cardholder experience, platform capabilities, and growth.
•Partner with engineering on platform and infrastructure tradeoffs (issuing flows, authorization behavior, ledger design, network integrations) and translate them into product decisions.
•Define and ship the card experience for partner users, including onboarding, activation, spend controls, and lifecycle.
•Build and tune activation and growth levers to drive adoption, usage, and retention across partner programs.
•Gather partner feedback, distill it into prioritization, and measure adoption to iterate quickly.
