Key Responsibilities

  • •Design custom PCBs from schematic capture to layout and routing, focusing on weight reduction and power electronics
  • •Select components considering weight, power consumption, availability, and aerospace constraints
  • •Design power management systems (DC/DC converters, battery management, hydrogen fuel cell integration) and signal conditioning circuits
  • •Integrate flight controllers, communication links (LTE/5G, Satcom), cameras, and high-precision sensors onto the HyLighter
  • •Prototype, solder, bench-test electronic boards and draft test procedures to validate hardware under flight conditions

Key Requirements

  • •PCB design from schematic to layout and routing with emphasis on weight and power management
  • •Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuit design, microcontrollers (STM32, etc.), and power electronics
  • •Hands-on prototyping with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers) and SMD rework
  • •Deep understanding of embedded communication buses (CAN, I2C, SPI, UART)
  • •Experience in startup, aerospace, drone, or high-innovation environments is a major plus
