Job Summary

Support the Total Rewards team by conducting job evaluation and market intelligence activities, including salary surveys and benchmarks, to enable informed headcount and compensation decisions. Run annual merit/bonus cycles using C&B processes, analyze remuneration for internal equity, and deliver compensation and benefits reporting. Partner with HR business partners across operating companies and ensure compliance with labor laws and Majid Al Futtaim regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct job evaluation and job mapping using Korn Ferry methodologies.
•Run C&B cycles for annual merit increases and bonuses using the C&B module.
•Analyze remuneration components, prepare internal equity reports, and provide recommendations to the Center of Excellence.
•Support HR business partners by running Total Rewards processes in operating companies.
•Participate in market/salary surveys with external vendors and perform benchmark analysis to ensure cost-effectiveness and market competitiveness; ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Requirements

•Graduate in a relevant/numerate discipline.
•Minimum 3 years of experience in Total Rewards Operations.
•SAP knowledge.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Experience in market benchmarks and surveys within Korn Ferry, Towers Watson, and Mercer frameworks.
