Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop system- and component-level V&V plans, procedures, and acceptance criteria aligned with product requirements.
  • •Maintain requirements traceability from specification through verification evidence.
  • •Support functional safety validation of safety functions to ISO 13849 PL targets, including fault-injection and diagnostic coverage verification.
  • •Contribute to DFMEA, PFMEA, and reliability growth planning.
  • •Facilitate validation testing using vibration, EMC/EMI, high-voltage, and environmental test infrastructure; perform failure investigation and corrective action validation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering.
  • •Experience in verification & validation, test engineering, or reliability testing for electrified, industrial, or heavy-duty equipment.
  • •Practical familiarity with high-voltage DC systems and electrical safety practices.
  • •Knowledge of vibration, environmental, and EMC testing methodologies, plus instrumentation, data acquisition, and troubleshooting.
  • •Ability to generate clear technical documentation and structured validation evidence.
