Job Summary

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementations and technical solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and related modules. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable platform designs. Provide technical leadership to junior consultants, customize/configure using best practices, and integrate external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Support pre-sales with solutioning, demos, and proposals while staying current with ServiceNow releases.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
•Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices while maintaining platform integrity.
•Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools; perform code reviews and performance tuning.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration.
•Proven track record delivering ServiceNow implementations in enterprise environments.
•Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.
•Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow tooling (GlideScript, Flow Designer, ServiceNow Studio).
