•Set clear, measurable goals and communicate them effectively with the team.
•Oversee performance, career development, and staffing needs for approximately 15 team members.
•Mentor engineers on design, fabrication, testing, and installation guidance for custom liquid-cooled and air-cooled systems.
•Manage performance development, appraisal, salary and manpower planning, and ensure adherence to company policies.
•Provide technical oversight by monitoring program execution and supporting program efforts and proposal activities.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience.
•Experience in hardware engineering design, development, or production support of cooling equipment and systems.

•Advanced degrees in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Math, or related science (preferred).
•Strong interpersonal, technical writing, and presentation skills (preferred).
