Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver personalized client service in person and over the phone by answering questions, assisting with issues, and offering solutions.
  • •Open and maintain financial products including checking/savings accounts, IRAs, certificates of deposit, and consumer/small business credit cards.
  • •Hold financial conversations to determine client needs, process new consumer loan requests, and support small business loan conversations/processing.
  • •Identify referral opportunities to other lines of business and document referrals and client activity using 360 View.
  • •Perform Teller duties as needed and complete accurate financial transactions while maintaining compliance with regulations and policies.
