Job Summary

Partner with G&A and Marketing leaders to scale organizational effectiveness across Finance, Legal, People, Marketing, Workplace, and other corporate functions. Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategies. Coach managers on performance management, development, promotions, compensation, and leadership challenges. Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with California employment law.

Key Responsibilities

•Build trusted partnerships with G&A and Marketing leaders to improve organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, employee engagement, and team performance.
•Translate business priorities into workforce plans, organizational design, succession planning, and talent strategies that support company growth.
•Coach managers through performance management, employee development, promotions, compensation decisions, organizational change, and leadership challenges.
•Lead employee relations matters, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with California employment law.
•Design, build, and scale people programs, processes, and operating rhythms that improve manager effectiveness and employee experience across supported organizations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner.
•Experience supporting corporate functions such as Finance, Legal, Marketing, People, IT, or other G&A organizations.
•Proven success partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent strategy, and leadership development.
•Strong employee relations experience including investigations, conflict resolution, performance management, and sensitive employee matters.
•Working knowledge of California employment law and the ability to apply employment regulations in day-to-day HR partnership.
