Banking Center Manager II

Lead and oversee all functions of a banking center while building relationships in the local community. Drive business development through proactive sales calls and networking to meet consumer and business loan, deposit, and fee income goals. Coach and ensure staff are trained to deliver high-quality customer service, maintain appropriate staffing, monitor operational efficiencies, manage expenses, and ensure regulatory compliance while resolving customer service issues.
