Job Summary

Operate a loader as an essential crew member to support asphalt plant operations and maintain production levels. Partner with plant employees under direction from the plant foreman to meet daily schedules and estimates. Handle material stockpiling, equipment upkeep (including basic service/adjustments), and occasional site tasks such as backfilling trenches/excavations, while following PPE and safety expectations and passing required background checks.

Key Responsibilities

•Use the loader to support plant operations at various locations and maintain production levels.
•Coordinate with plant employees to achieve daily schedules/estimates.
•Stockpile and supply the plant with raw materials in a safe and efficient manner.
•Perform basic equipment service and operating adjustments, including oil/grease as needed.
•Follow PPE policy and assist with related duties such as backfilling trenches/excavations as required.

•May oil, grease, service, and make normal operating adjustments to equipment.
