  • •Provide a consistent, client-focused experience by engaging clients, performing complex and standardized transactions as needed, and maintaining accurate records.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
  • •Support sales activities through outbound calls, checking client offers, identifying needs/opportunities, and referring to appropriate team members or specialists.
