Key Responsibilities

•Oversee overall management of $60M USD revenue, margin levels, monthly fee and resource forecasts, and debt management.
•Manage, oversee, and direct project management, cost management, and project controls consultancy services delivered by a team of 240+ professionals.
•Ensure Cost Center team compliance with Business Management Systems, including operational policies, commission management, contract risk reviews, NDA/insurances, anti-bribery and corruption, and health & safety procedures.
•Provide senior-level technical expertise in project management, cost validation for the data center sector, estimating, benchmarking, and data analytics.
•Drive growth and business development by identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities, cross-selling, and leading client pitches and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 235,000 - 280,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and 7 years of experience in the job offered or the related occupation.
•Manage financial performance including revenue, margin tracking, and monthly fee and resource forecasts across commissions.
•Direct large teams (240+ professionals) delivering project management, cost management, and project controls services.
•Ensure Cost Center team compliance with Business Management Systems, including operational policies, commission management, risk reviews, anti-bribery/corruption, and health & safety procedures.
•Provide senior-level technical leadership in project management, cost management, and project controls, including data center cost validation and expertise in estimating and benchmarking.
