Job Summary

Drive Visa Acceptance Solutions growth in Pakistan by developing market opportunities and strategies that help identify, qualify, and contract new deals to retain and grow enterprise clients. Own sales for online payments and fraud management solutions, build long-term customer relationships, and manage a pipeline from qualification through revenue delivery. Partner closely with Visa stakeholders and negotiate pricing, terms, and expansion initiatives while providing regular pipeline and forecast updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Own Visa Acceptance Solutions business in Pakistan, selling online payment, fraud management solutions, and ancillary products to enterprise clients, PAYFACs, acquirers, merchants, and global organizations.
•Build and sustain long-term relationships with key customers and manage complex, ongoing commercial partnerships.
•Maintain business opportunities and build a pipeline from initial qualification through delivery of revenue.
•Interface with country leadership on product expansion, demonstrating financial insight and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
•Provide regular pipeline and forecast updates, negotiate pricing/discounts and contractual terms, and support change-management initiatives with a customer-first approach.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience developing and maintaining business in a start-up/growth environment (early stage company or new division).
•Demonstrated success managing complex and large accounts.
•Experience selling products or solutions (preferably enterprise software, BPM, SaaS, professional services, or IT), with strong payments services experience desired.
•Ability to interpret data sources, extrapolate insights, and determine appropriate course corrections.
•Ability to think strategically and build go-to-market plans, collateral, and presentations to execute the vision.
