Customer Specialist

Deliver an iconic, customer-first experience while learning to support customers end-to-end for buying, selling, and servicing vehicles. Handle sales activities including appraisals, test drives, and financing applications, and perform accurate vehicle condition and cosmetic inspections. Manage inventory check-in/scanning and administrative paperwork, coordinate service appointments, and review repair order invoices to ensure correct billing—all while following CarMax EH&S requirements and quality standards.
