Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate the adequacy of controls for Aon business units and/or key business processes as part of a team.
  • •Document processes, risks and controls accurately and completely within assigned areas under review.
  • •Assist Audit Project Managers in developing audit approaches and testing strategies to cover key risks and controls.
  • •Complete audit test procedures and maintain testing documentation to support results.
  • •Identify potential audit findings, draw conclusions, and communicate recommendations to management, including corrective actions and cost reductions.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of three years of industry experience in audit across Insurance, Wealth Management, Pensions, Health Solutions/Employee Benefits, or similar areas in financial services.
  • •Currently studying or in possession of professional designations/certifications such as RA/RO/CIA/ACCA.
  • •Advanced technical, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and timely, accurate delivery.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills; additional language besides English (French, German, Italian or Spanish) is a plus.
  • •Willingness to undertake business travel primarily in the EMEA region and possess EU Passport or Work permit.
