Job Summary

Translate conversations, meetings, forms, and policies to support understanding, safety, and production. Train non-English speaking employees in their native language for HR, QA, and production processes, and document training as it occurs. Assist with interviews and new hire orientation by translating questions, answers, and presentations. Maintain compliance with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations while following safe and sanitary work practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate conversations, meetings, forms, policies, and procedures from one language to another to improve safety and production.
•Train non-English speaking employees on processes, policies, and requirements in their native language; document training.
•Assist with interviews and new hire orientation by translating questions, answers, and presentations as needed.
•Adhere to safe work practices, maintain sanitary conditions for product quality, and report conditions that may affect food safety, food quality, or personnel safety.
•Comply with company policies, NCC Animal Welfare Guidelines, and local, state, and federal policies, laws, and regulations; perform other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
•Minimum one year of experience accurately translating from English to another language and back; multiple languages preferred.
•Ability to use Microsoft Office to manage data and create reports.
•Detail oriented with highly effective verbal and written communication across all levels of the organization.
•Ability to work unsupervised, self-motivated, and work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts.
