Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive and inspect incoming goods.
  • •Maintain spare parts inventory, monitor stock conditions, and keep accurate inventory records and stock movement logs.
  • •Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies; alert the Warehouse Manager on low stock and replenishment needs.
  • •Pick, pack, label, and prepare items for dispatch or internal transfers while ensuring clean, organized storage areas.
  • •Operate material handling equipment (forklifts if licensed/authorized) and prepare inventory/stock movement reports while ensuring safety compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse Management, or a related field.
  • •1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse, storekeeping, inventory, or logistics operations.
  • •Familiar with receiving, storing, and issuing materials, including warehouse documentation such as GRN and DO.
  • •Experience using CMMS, ERP, or inventory management systems.
  • •Forklift licence and Class 3 driving licence are advantageous (operate material handling equipment if licensed and authorized).
